CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING POLICY
- First Cancellation or Postponement due to the weather is free, but an alternative location will be required if the weather is still bad at the second scheduled booking - El Chorro Regional Park near Cuesta College is usually sunny and offers a beautiful backdrop.
- Cancellation or Postponement due to the senior's schedule within one week of the scheduled session automatically incurs a $75 rescheduling charge.
- We have a lot of seniors to photograph in a short window of time. Losing a valuable date has repercussions! Please respect the photographer's time.
- If the rescheduling occurs over a week from your session date, we can accommodate this with no charge.
- With regards to your final prints, please be aware that there are variations in screen intensity which may alter your perception of how the final prints will look. We will take every precaution to create beautiful artwork for you. In the event of dissatisfaction, we will happily reprint for you.
- No refund will be provided, but we will happily reprint to your satisfaction, or even reshoot if your objection is valid. We can not compensate you if you simply don't like the outfit or location or weather. We ask that you please research carefully (on our website) before agreeing to a location or weather situation.
